The lessons

After your trial lesson, I will email you detailed information, including pricing for individual lessons or packages of 5 or 10 lessons, available times, and payment details. For more information about the lessons, see below.

Online Italian Lessons

All lessons are conducted online. I do not offer face-to-face lessons, except at the Instituto Italiano de Cultura, where I am a native Italian teacher. I primarily use Skype or Zoom. Online lessons allow you to learn at your own pace in a comfortable, safe environment with a comprehensive education.

Material Included

You will receive your materials via email, including handouts and texts. I use a diverse collection of resources tailored to each student’s needs. There’s no need to purchase specific books or materials unless you already have them and prefer to use them during lessons.

Scheduled times

Lessons can be scheduled with fixed or flexible hours to accommodate different needs. You can suspend lessons for travel, work commitments, or personal reasons. The advantage of online lessons is the flexibility to take them from home, the office, or anywhere else!

45 Minutes lesson

Unless otherwise requested, Italian lessons last 45 minutes. We focus on the student’s needs and pace, including grammar, vocabulary, verb exercises, listening, and reading comprehension. I utilize various resources such as audio, video, and other learning tools.

Markdown

You can reschedule your lessons up to 3 hours in advance. To avoid missing lessons due to meetings, rain, or traffic, please note that lessons scheduled for the morning must be canceled by 8 PM the day before. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations will incur a charge.

Pricing

Prices vary based on the number of participants and the number of lessons purchased. Discounts are available for lessons with two people and/or when purchasing packages of 5 or 10 lessons. Contact us for more information.

How long before being fluent

There are no shortcuts. Achieving fluency in a language requires time and dedication. Factors include the number of lessons per week, lesson frequency, additional activities (such as watching movies or listening to music), and homework. The more committed you are, the quicker you’ll reach your goals. Don’t forget to explore Italian culture-related events!

Why learning Italian

The number of Italian learners is continually growing. Common reasons include cultural enrichment, tourism, emotional connections like Italian heritage, or professional/study requirements. Italian is spoken mainly in Italy and is also an official language in Switzerland and the Vatican City.
Italian is known for its cultural richness, including opera, poetry, literature, and art. As a Romance language, it belongs to the Indo-European family and has its roots in Vulgar Latin. Today, Italian is a modern language associated with fashion, cuisine, and the automotive industry—an embodiment of the Made-in-Italy brand. It’s a vibrant, expressive language reflecting the warm and creative nature of its people and the Italian lifestyle known as the Dolce Vita.
Speaking Italian enhances your professional, cultural, and personal growth.
